SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS

  • DELIVERY TO YOUR PLACE

    Orders, are shipped within 1-3 working days and the deliveries reaches their destination between 3-7 days).

    –  No shipments are carried out on Saturday.

    – No deliveries/handlings and shipments of orders are carried out on Sundays or Public Holidays.

    -We do not accept cash on delivery.

    Orders that are equal or exceed the amount of 60 euros, are free of transportation costs.

    We would like to kindly request that should there be any problem receiving the package, please contact us so that we can assist in servicing you the best way possible.


RETURN OF PRODUCTS

  • You have the right to return products you have purchased in case you are not satisfied with your purchase. The products can be exchanged for products of the same value, but in a different size or colour. There is also the option of exchanging the unwanted product with a different product of equal value, or receive a coupon equal to the original products value.

  • Replace product via Courier

    In case you wish to exchange the product with another one, the first shipment is free of charges but  the new delivery costs 5 euro.

    In case you wish a refund for part or the total amount of the order, the refund costs will be credited to you by the original payment method, but any delivery costs will be deducted from this. The sum of the refund will be deposited in your account within 10 working days. If you have stated an account in National Bank, there will be no extra bank costs. Otherwise, if your payment was received from another bank, there will be the respective costs of that bank.

    In case you ask for a debit voucher, you will be sent a personal message with a coupon which will correspond to the sum of the refund and the refund costs will be charged to you.

    In case of the commercial company’s error in the shipment of the product or in case of a faulty product, the return expenses will fall upon us.

    You can also request the refund by using any other courier service at your own responsibility and expense.

    *No returns in swimwear or underwear bottoms are allowed. 

    CAUTION : Until the moment the product reaches us, it lies under your own responsibility and consequently it is vital that you make sure it is safely shipped so as to avoid any damage or loss and therefore the failure of its return.

  • RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

    There are two alternatives if you are not satisfied with the products received from kirkishop”, either a refund or a credit coupon.

    Refunds are available for all items, excluding earrings, swimwear and bottoms of underwear.Products must be returned within 10 days of receipt of your order and any items received after that moment, may be discarded. Items must be returned in their original condition including tags and sanitary labels. Once we have received the items, all returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued. “kirkishop” reserves the right to deny a refund if items are returned used, worn or damaged in any way or have any form of perfumes or scents on the fabric, in which case they will be returned to the sender. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund.

    The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by kirkishop will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items.

    Please allow 10 business days for a refund to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by kirkishop. You will be informed via email once this transaction has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the credit card or bank account that the payment had originally come from.

    If you request a refund, please send us an email providing all the necessary data needed in order to go on with the procedure and we will contact you for further information.     A credit coupon can be issued in order to use it in the future, with no expiry date, and shop anything you would like instead. Please send us an email so as to notify us for the issue of a credit coupon.

  • RETURN ADDRESS

    All orders should be returned to the address below. Please note that the goods are at your responsibility until they are returned to our shop. A refund will not be issued on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

  • EXCHANGES

    If you require a replacement size, colour or alternative item/s, you are required to contact us. The procedure is the same as above.

  • EARRINGS

    We do not accept returns on earrings for sanitary reasons.

  • CONDITIONS

    You have the right to return the products you have purchased without having to reveal the reason why you wish for their return, within a ten-day deadline from the day they were delivered.

    It is absolutely essential that the product be in its original packaging and in the very same unused condition as when you had received it. The acceptance or not of the returned product will be done after it has undergone a quality check from our company and the condition of the returned product has been evaluated.

    The return of a product will have to include the receipt and the special labels of the product as well as the return form you will find below.

    No returns in swimwear are allowed.

  • RETURN OF THE PRODUCTS PROCEDURE

    Send us an informative e-mail [email protected] or call us at 26740 33454 in order to inform us about the return. Fill in the form you can download from here.

    Send us the package, after you have made sure that the products are in the same excellent condition in which you have received them and that it is accompanied by the return form and the receipt.

    If no problem with the returned product is presented, we will immediately proceed to its replacement, a refund or a voucher edition.

    Note:

    For hygiene reasons, our company will not receive any returns in earrings or underwear. To avoid any hardship, we recommend that when you receive the package from the courier service you should seek for any potential faults or damages in the packaging or the products, so as to take the necessary actions. In case the product is returned and after our quality check a fault is confirmed, then we owe to communicate with you to find a solution for this.

    Choosing to pay through a deposit in a bank account is the quickest and safest way of paying. We cooperate with the National Bank of Greece and our payment details are:

  • CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

    Choosing to pay by credit or debit card you will be transferred to the Pay Center Service of National Bank which will offer you the safest way of paying by card. The procedure is completed in a very short period of time during which no personal information, (including the details of your card), will be saved or stored by “kirkishop” commercial business.
