GENERAL TERMS
Our website www.kirkishop.gr constitutes the electronic presence of our commercial company under the name of “ Kassianou Eftychia clothing trade” (VAT number 046445934, Public Finance Office (ΔOY) D’ ARGOSTOLI). The headquarters of the company are located in Ithaca, Greece.
The company has as its main goal the service of its customers, therefore, on a daily basis we make an effort to keep our customers satisfied. The creation of this specific e-shop under the name “kirkishop” has as a goal the prompt service and viewing of the products in each and every corner of Greece just by clicking on the site any time of the day. The purchases through the Internet are done with a simple procedure always reserving the possibility of availability of the company stock.
The company aims at the prompt service and satisfaction of the customer, bearing the constant responsibility that it has shown during the whole course of its business development and the constant building of trust.
The user of the website accepts that they have read the existing terms, agreed on them and accepted the responsibility of abiding by them.
Our obligation towards the customer is to always ensure and inform them. For this reason, the customer has to be aware of the following:
A.SAFETY OF PERSONAL DATA
In order for any kind of transaction through our e-shop under the name of “kirkishop” to occur, and for any product orders to be placed, we will ask you to give us some personal data. When you reach the stage of placing your order, we will ask for your full name, the address the products will be sent to, your mobile or home number, your e-mail address and, in case you choose to pay by credit or debit card, the number of the card, the expiration date and the three-digit security number. This procedure may be omitted provided you are a member of “kirkishop” in which case you will be asked to give the personal data upon the initial subscription.
The handling and protection of the personal data of the visitor/user of our website is governed by these present Terms of Use, defined by the Greek Law (L.2472/1997, as it applies in the provisions of Regulatory Nature) and the Decisions, Instructions and Regulations of the Personal Data Protection Authority of Personal Nature so as to implement the order of the customer and should in no way be revealed, published or sold to a third party, unless the procedure as defined by the legislation of lifting confidentiality (L.2225/1994) is put into effect or any obligations falling under the National Application of the Directive 24/2006.
B.SAFETY
For the safety of your transactions with kirkishop, we have taken every possible precaution by collaborating with the bank of National Bank for safe online commercial transactions. In this way, all the information of your credit/debit card is encrypted so as not to be read or altered during the transfer via the Internet.
C. THE ITEMS FOR SALE
The characteristics of the items for sale are available and you can have access to them by searching the name of the respective product.
PRODUCT PRICES
All the prices which refer to products available through “kirkishop” include a 24% VAT and they do not include the shipping or the pay on delivery costs. The prices concern the products and the quantities providing that they are available and adequate while “kirkishop” reserves the right to change the prices of the products for sale without any further notice.
D.SUBMISSION/CANCELLATION OF ORDERS/CUSTOMER PROTECTION
The realization of the order through the e-shop constitutes the continuous contract of selling items from distance, regulated from the Legislation of the L.2251/1994 as it is modified. It is a binding suggestion of purchase of the products in demand at the total price which is mentioned at the time of the order placement as it includes VAT, shipping and packaging costs, other applicable charges and any discounts you may deserve as a visitor/customer.
The possibility of having a valid order through the e-shop providing that you are legally capable in accordance with the article of the Greek Civil Code. (You must have completed the eighteenth year of age and you must not have any judicial proceedings as far as the continuous contract of items for sale are concerned). Orders can also be placed by legal representatives while the company reserves the right to claim any possible orders that have been placed by legally incapable individuals from their supervisors or legal guardians or representatives.
Your order will be finalized with your acceptance from the “kirkishop” through a confirmation e-mail to you sent to the e-mail address you have suggested during the order placement. In case you do not receive a confirmation e-mail for your order, we kindly request you contact “kirkishop” at the e-mail address [email protected] so as to ask for the successful completion of your order placement.
For any cancellation of your order (partly or fully) you are required to send an e-mail to[email protected] or to contact us on the telephone number 26740 33454. This possibility is given strictly for the duration of 12 hours after the order has taken place. After that specific timeline no cancellation will be possible and you will be able to change your order only after you have received it.
E.PAYMENT OF GOODS
Our commercial company “kirkishop”, in order to facilitate the transactions as well as the prompt service, provides you with the following choices of payment :
BANK DEPOSIT.
You have the option to pay by depositing the total amount of the order to our bank account. After completing the procedure of placing the order, you will be given the unique Transcation/ Order Number. Please, mention the order number along with your name in the details field when depositing at the bank. After your deposit, send us a copy of the transaction at the following mail with the topic of order completion along with your name:

CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
Choosing to pay by credit or debit card you will be transferred to the Pay Center Service of National Bank which will offer you the safest way of paying by card. The procedure is completed in a very short period of time during which no personal information (including the details of your card) will be saved or stored by the “kirkishop” commercial company.
F.METHOD-TIME-COST OF SHIPMENT
The orders are packaged and sent by us the same day or the day after the order and the delivery is being completed from 3 to 7 working days, as soon as there is stock available at the shop. No shipments are carried out on Saturday. No deliveries/handlings and shipments of orders are carried out on Sundays or Public Holidays.
We would like to kindly request that should there be any problem receiving the package, please contact us so that we can assist in servicing you the best way possible.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS
You have the right to return products you have bought since you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can exchange them and get them in different number or colour, exchange them with another product, get a refund or a coupon for future purchases.
GREECE
In case you wish to change the product with another one, the return expenses are free of charge though the expenses of the new shipment will burden you (5 euros).
In case you wish for a refund for a part or the total of the order, the refund costs burden you (the charge for the return (5€) is removed from the total sum of the refund) and the sum of the refund will be deposited on your account within 10 working days. If you have stated an account in the National Bank, there will be no extra bank costs. Otherwise, if you have stated an account of another bank, there will be the respective costs of your bank.
In case you ask for a debit voucher, you will be sent a personal message with a coupon which will correspond to the sum of the refund and the refund costs will be charged on you.
In case of a company’s error in the shipment of the product or in case of a faulty product the return expenses burden the company.
You can also realize the refund by using any other courier service at your own responsibility and expense.
No returns in shipments with swimwear are allowed.
CAUTION : Until the moment the product reaches us, it lies under your own responsibility, and consequently it is vital that you make sure it is safely shipped so as to avoid any damage or loss and therefore the failure of its return.
G. CONDITIONS
You have the right to return the products you have purchased without having to reveal the reason why you wish for their return within a ten-day deadline from the day they were delivered.
It is absolutely essential that the product be in its original packaging and in the very same excellent condition, that it has not been worn or damaged. The acceptance or not of the returned product will be done after it has been previously undergone a quality check from our company and the condition of the returned product has been evaluated.
The return of the product will have to include the receipt and the special labels of the product as well as the return form you will find below.
No returns in swimwear are allowed.

Send us the package, after you have made sure that the products are in the same excellent condition in which you have received them and that it is accompanied by the return form and the receipt. If no problem with the returned product is presented, we will immediately proceed in its replacement, the refund or the voucher edition.
Note:
For hygiene reasons, our company will not receive any returns in earrings or underwear bottoms or swimwear.
To avoid any hardship, we recommend that when you receive the package from the courier service you should seek for any alterations in the packaging or defaults in the products so as to take the necessary precautions. In case the product is returned and after our quality check a default is confirmed, then we owe to communicate with you for the solution of the issue. APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS
“kirkishop” commercial company, reserves the right to renew and modify the terms of the transaction, after there has been previous notification and they will apply upon the date of the postage on our e-shop. Omission of the practice of any right of the ‘kirkishop” commercial company can be interpreted as a resignation from it.
The terms at present time are totally compatible with the European and Greek Law while the users acknowledge the right of the company to alter the provisions of the present terms, in the way that do not concern the legal obligations and without influencing the accomplished situation.
